Securities Fraud Outcome Probability Engine
In development
(Rule 10b-5 Claims)
Rule 10b-5 securities fraud claims sit at the center of some of the most complex and high-stakes litigation in federal court.
While the statutory language is brief, decades of judicial interpretation have created a layered and highly fact-dependent framework. Early case assessment is often resource-intensive, uncertain, and consequential.
Donblas is developing a 10b-5 Outcome Probability Engine to assist counsel in evaluating potential claims and defenses at the earliest stages.
Built on our established probability-tree architecture, the engine is designed to bring structure, transparency, and auditability to complex securities analysis — without replacing counsel’s judgment.
This tool will integrate seamlessly into the broader Donblas platform.
Status: Currently in active development.
