Class Certification Probability Engine
In development
(Rule 23)
Class certification is often the economic fulcrum of litigation. One ruling can redefine exposure, leverage, and strategy overnight.
Yet certification risk is frequently assessed through intuition, anecdote, and incomplete information — despite the fact that Rule 23 analysis turns on structured requirements, evolving doctrine, and record-specific proof.
Donblas is developing a Rule 23 Class Certification Probability Engine to bring disciplined, transparent analysis to this pivotal stage of litigation.
Built on our established probability-tree architecture, the engine is designed to evaluate certification risk based on the actual record, jurisdictional context, and the elements courts apply — while preserving counsel’s judgment and strategic control.
This capability extends our broader legal probability infrastructure into one of the most consequential areas of complex litigation.
Status: Currently in active development.
